TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services Offered

The Adelaide Resume Writer provides professional writing services, including resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, and personal website design. Bundle packages are also available.

2. Consultation

Initial consultation involves completing an Easy Profile & Info Form to help understand your career journey and objectives.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before work begins, with various services and packages priced as listed on the website.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal via the website..

​

4. Delivery

  • Drafts are generally delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving the completed information form.

  • Final documents are provided in digital format (Word and PDF).

5. Revisions

  • Two rounds of revisions are included, provided requests are made within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.  (Delays in these requests will impact the estimate delivery time of 5-7 days.)

  • Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations can be made prior to starting the work for a full refund.

  • If work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered depending on progress.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and comprehensive information about work history, education, and skills.

  • Clients are required to complete and submit the Profile & Information Form within 7 days of purchase. If the form is not submitted within this timeframe, a $50 reinstatement fee will be charged to reintroduce the document into the work schedule.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and used solely for resume development. No details are shared without consent.

9. Liability

The Adelaide Resume Writer cannot guarantee employment outcomes. The service provides high-quality documents, but employment success depends on factors beyond its control.

10. Copyright

All documents produced are for personal use only and cannot be resold or distributed.

​

11. Changes to Terms

The terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted on the website.
